Return Policy

Moses, Inc. guarantees the satisfaction of the customer as to the approval
and suitability of all standard, non-custom product models for the purpose
for which they are intended.

The customer may return a purchased standard product model within (3)
three business days of receipt of the Moses Carbon Graphite product for
full refund.

Local customers should call Moses, Inc. (001) 541-484-6068

Non-local customers should call Moses, Inc., then return the standard
model product to:
32591 Fox Hollow Road, Eugene, OR 97405 USA
with shipment dated no later than (3) three business days after receipt
of product. A brief letter describing requests should be included.

Customers will receive a full refund providing that the following criteria
are met:

* Upon shipment, the customer must provide the shipping "tracking number"
to Moses, Inc. via phone, fax, mail or e-mail.

* The standard model product must be in "like new" condition. Scratches
and dings or any evidence of mishandling will void this offer. If the
standard model product is repairable, such repair charges will be deducted
from the refund.

* The standard model product must be returned or shipment dated within (3)
three business days after receipt of the standard model product by the
customer, to the location described above.

* The cost of freight, to the customer and the return to Moses, Inc. will
be borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of return shipment of the standard model product by Moses,
Inc., and upon qualification of the above requirements, Moses, Inc. will
issue refund within 48 hours as follows:

Cash and C.O.D. paying customers will receive a company check in the
qualifying amount.

Credit Card paying customers will have their account credited for the full
amount paid for the qualifying items and as described above.

Regarding refunds on nonstandard models and custom products:
These products are defined as:
Neck and other component/part products which incorporate elements that are
offered as option/alternative inclusions, specifically:
Scalloped fingerboards
Alternate fret scales
Alternate headstocks
Non-standard neck thickness/depths and neck beam lengths
Tuner hole sizing not provided by original wood or other composite neck manufacturer
LSR nut preparation
Lines on fretless guitar and bass necks
Unlined fretless guitar necks
Inlays and inlay patterns other than standard face and side dots
Finishes other than standard black

1) With all inclusions of the qualifications, requirements and
administrative processes as listed and defined above for standard model
products in force:
A nonrefundable down payment of 50% is received by commencement of
product production. This nonrefundable 50% down payment is subtracted
from the total product cost to calculate the refund to be issued.
Alternately, Moses Carbon Graphite is pleased to cooperatively work with
clients to the best of the professional abilities of the Moses, Inc., in
an attempt to resolve any issue related to non-defective product.
