Return
Policy
Moses, Inc. guarantees
the satisfaction of the customer as to the approval and suitability of
the product for which it was intended.
The customer may return
a purchased product within (3) three business days of receipt of
the Moses Carbon/Graphite product for full refund.
Local customers
should call Moses, Inc. 541-484-6068
Out of town customers
should call Moses, Inc, then return the product to:
32591 Fox Hollow Road, Eugene, OR 97405
with shipment dated no later than (3) three business days after receipt
of product. A brief letter describing requests should be included.
Customers will receive
a full refund providing that the following criteria are met:
* Upon shipment, the customer must provide the shipping "tracking
number" to Moses, Inc. via phone, fax, mail or e-mail.
* The product must
be in "like new" condition. Scratches and dings or any evidence
of
mishandling will void this offer. If the instrument is repairable, such
repair charges will
be deducted from the refund.
* The product must
be returned or shipment dated within (3) three business days after
receipt of the instrument by the customer, to the location described
above.
* The cost of freight,
to the customer and the return to Moses, Inc. will
be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of return
shipment of the prduct by Moses, Inc., and upon qualification of the above
requirements, Moses, Inc. will issue refund within 48 hours as follows:
Cash and C.O.D. paying customers will receive a company check in the
qualifying amount.
Credit Card paying customers will have their account credited for
the full amount paid for the qualifying items as described above.
