Regarding Authorized Dealers and On-line Purchases:
Moses Carbon/Graphite no longer has authorized replacement neck dealers,
other than Allparts and WD Music Products. Moses also works with many
fine luthiers and is pleased to arrange sales through reputable music
stores. However, there are numerous on-line companies selling Moses neck
products that are not authorized to do so by Moses Carbon/Graphite. These
products are often not supplied with the required mountng hardware and are
by-in-large not covered by the Moses warranty. Moses highly recommends
that you research the reputation of these companies and that you contact
Moses Carbon/Graphite prior to purchasing products from on-line sales
companies.
